The agreement

We are a SEBI-registered Research Analyst (registration number INH000030579), enlisted with BSE Ltd. (Enlistment No. 7558, enlisted 1 October 2026), subject to the Byelaws of the Exchange.

Accounts

You must give your own email address and accurate contact details. One person should keep one account. You are responsible for activity under your password and for the Google account you connect.

We may refuse, suspend, or close an account that is incomplete, misleading, or used in a way that breaks these terms or the law. A suspended account cannot sign in.

Research is not a promise of returns

Alphasun Capital Intelligence makes no warranties or representations, expressed or implied, on products and services offered. It accepts no liability for any damages or losses, however caused, in connection with the research expressed. Past performance is not indicative of future returns.

Using the site

Uploaded research files and strategy material on the admin side remain the company’s material. Your account does not transfer ownership of that material to you.

Availability

We aim to keep the site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, a hosting fault, or a change in the product can take pages offline.

Liability

To the extent Indian law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, trading losses, or indirect damages arising from use of the site or from reliance on research published here.

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. The date at the top is the latest version. Continued use after that date means you accept the update.
